Unpack the chocolate shot machine. Be sure to keep all wrapping material and box for return. Machine comes assembled except for the drip tray, which needs to be placed on the lip underneath pouring spout.
Plug into outlet. Fill the bowl with product, place lid back on (machine will not operate with lid off). Activate the dispenser turning the switch to position 1. Turn the thermostat knob to 90 to obtain the cooking temperature of the product. When the hot chocolate is ready lower the temperature to the value required for dispensing turning the thermostat knob.
IMPORTANT Before switching off the dispenser completely (switch at position 0), bring the thermostat to lowest temperature and wait for the product to cool down.
Cleaning instructions: Disconnect the electricity by unplugging the unit from the wall outlet. Remove the lid and empty the bowl, remove the shaft, and the drip tray -rinse with warm water. Do not use soap or abrasive materials. Do not wash in dishwasher. Do not disassemble the spout mechanism. Do not emerge electric components into water or place in sink - simply wipe with moist soft cloth. Place bowl back on unit, put the shaft back in and place back in box.
