How far in advance should I begin planning and reserving rentals?
Advance notice generally depends on the size of event, type of rentals you need, and time of year. For tented events we recommend 6 -12 months. Smaller events can be accommodated with shorter notice. However, the sooner you place a reservation the more likely you will receive your first choice, as certain items tend to book quickly. Regardless of your lead-time, we will work with you to plan the best event possible.

I am planning a destination wedding. Is it possible to finalize a reservation long distance?
Absolutely! Many of our clients are destination brides. You should feel confidant that our experienced team is available to assist in selecting the items needed to ensure a successful and memorable event. I am hosting a small party and noticed you rent glassware by the case. Is there any flexibility?
Yes we will break glassware cases for parties with 20 guests or less. To view standard case sizes click here.

Is delivery service available? If so, what is the cost and when can I expect my delivery to arrive?
Yes, we offer delivery service. Cost is determined by location, access, number of vehicles and number of crew members. Please check with a sales associate for availability and price. Standard deliveries are scheduled by 12 noon unless otherwise noted. Canopies are often scheduled to be set-up 1-3 days in advance, depending on size and event location. Please refer to a sales associate for details.

May I pick up my order?
Most rentals are available for customer pick-up, however, certain rentals require our professional crew to deliver and set-up. These items include, but are not limited to canopies, staging, and dance floors.

What are my responsibilities when renting?
