Rates are subject to additional labor fees due to weather conditions
such as wind, heavy rain, lightning, snow and cold temperatures.

Winter rental rates will be quoted upon request.

An additional labor charge may apply is a canopy or canopies are set-up in a remote area,
if set-up is a custom installation, or if staking takes extra time due to ground conditions.

Renter is responsible for locating all underground power lines, water lines, phone lines, etc.
Call Northwestern Energy at 800.424.5555 at least 5 business days before delivery date.
Failure to do so will affect the ability to set-up canopies.
